Summary: Horrible customer service. We had a room that sleeps 6. Originally booked for 3 not knowing which kids could go. Get there and had more than 3 and they wanted to charge $60 per person for the water park. Room literally says up to 6. That is ridiculous. And the front desk people were extremely rude. The whole place is run down. Used to go multiple times a year. It was great. Now the rooms just feel dirty and run down. The gift store looks like a thrift shop. The whole visit was just cringe.
