Summary: Have stayed here multiple times over the years with my family. Always pleased with our stay. Only issue had this stay was the phone wasn’t working for us to call out to front deak. Will definitely stay again,has became a family tradition for our family.

Summary: Room was awesome. Majestic Bear Suite. Plenty of space for kids bday party. Food is expensive and portion sizes small. Bring your own from home. Waterpark was great. Staff very polite and helpful. Just wish the guests had the same great attitude. Will return.
